Some of the Places and People Whom We Have Helped:
- Distributed grocery gift cards to 2 families in need
- Provided a cash gift to four different local families in need
- Gave food to a local family in need
- Provided assembled emergency school kits to the International Orthodox Christian Charities Take action program
- Purchased and distributed large print and giant bibles to elderly in retirement communities, assisted living and nursing homes
- Gave a donation to an Ukrainian orphanage home
In addition, our church has provided support through the Parish Council to the following:
- Confidence Pregnancy Clinic in Salinas
- Monterey County Food Bank
- Ladies I-Help Program
- The Life Giving Spring Orthodox Monastery in Dunlap, CA
- A Hollister family in need
- An ill parishioner in need
- “Theotokos” Girls orphanage in Bakeswar, Kolkata India
- Philoptochos Ukrainian Relief Fund
